My VIP Wardrobe Ltd terms and conditions are very important and by using us you agree to all of these terms and conditions (as detailed below). If for any reason you do not agree with the terms and conditions, we ask that you do not use this website. By ordering any of our services, you agree that you will be bound by these terms and conditions.
Use of My VIP Wardrobe Ltd
A Summary of Our Services
My VIP Wardrobe Ltd is a fashion rental service in which we rent out various dresses at a fraction of the retail value and sell different accessories at a competitive price. Our customers are expected to use the site lawfully to choose the garments that they want to borrow from My VIP Wardrobe Ltd and we will deliver these garments and/or accessories to your address given to us at the time of payment. With this service, we also provide a return date when the garments will be sent back to us. We would ask that customers return their dresses promptly, this will avoid disappointment for any customers who have pre ordered their dress(es). We reserve the right to decline your order if you have not used this site faithfully or we do not trust the intended users of the dresses. All the hire rates for the selection of the dresses are outlined on the website and within the delivery policy (as outlined below).
Delivery times for various garments can vary and be either sent together or separately, depending on how many garments you choose to order from us. Delivery also depends on the availability of the dresses required, the delivery address it will be posted to and when you actually place the order for the event. Delivery is always subject to availability.
My VIP Wardrobe Ltd make no definite time of delivery, however we will try our hardest to make the expected delivery times given to you on the day of order. Once the garments/accessories have been delivered to your designated address, they become your responsibility in respect to loss, theft and/or damage.
If the garment, for whatever reason is damaged, in a dirty condition or lost and not returned to us; we reserve the right to invoice you with the full cost of replacing the garment and we further reserve the right to charge you for the lost earnings or incurred costs resulting from the damage caused.
No person under any circumstances should try and clean any of the garments themselves. We reserve the right to charge the cost of either cleaning or replacing the item should this occur.

We are a registered company in England and Wales and our company number is 08922661. Our website is www.myvipwardrobe.co.uk which is a UK operated site. Our registered office and trading address is My VIP Wardrobe Limited, St George’s House, 14 George Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3GH and we are regulated by Companies House.
2. Returns Policy
A) Should you decide to amend or cancel your order once you have placed it, please contact our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
B) We will process the refund due as soon as possible and within 30 days you will be notified of your cancellation.
C) We will refund you the full cost of the hired garments or brought accessories, however you will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging and we reserve the right to charge an administration charge for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
D) If you fail to keep to our terms and conditions, your debit or credit card will be charged with the full amount you booked your dress/dresses for.
E) We will always try and refund you with your money using your original payment method.
F) Our accessories refund policy work is in line with their third party agreements and you are deemed to have agreed to these on placing your order for these accessories.
G) Our dresses are always subject to availability and if for any reason another customer has not returned your dress in time, we will notify you immediately and give you the opportunity to order another or get a full refund on this.
3. UK residents only
A) My VIP Wardrobe Ltd is only available for customers within the UK. At the moment, we are not able to accept any orders from anyone outside of the UK.
B) Placing an order with ourselves in any form (such as our website online or phone) we require that you are:
1. At least 18 years old
2. A UK resident
3. Legally capable of entering into binding contracts
4. Availability of your garments and delivery terms
A) When your order is placed you will be given a delivery date and this should be fulfilled subject only to the availability of our courier service.
B) A maximum of two dresses can be ordered with one delivery charge, if you wish to order more than two dresses, this will incur a further delivery charge at point of sale.
5. Pricing of your garments and accessories
A) We accept credit or debit cards and also offer our PAYPAL service.
B) The prices to hire for any of our garments will be shown clearly on the site – this will be shown as an individual amount for the dress.
C) The accessories to purchase will be shown clearly on the site, this will be shown as an individual amount for the accessories.
D) In the rare case of errors and/or omissions to our website, we reserve the right to charge for the full amount payable before your garments and/or accessories are sent out. We will contact you to confirm the amount payable.
E) The delivery costs are added at the end of the shopping basket.
F) You will be required to pay for your hired garments at the check out and with this, you will receive confirmation of payment. You are required to provide us with a valid, complete and current credit or debit card information, in which you are also the cardholder and authorised to use. When you give us these details, you have authorised us to take payment from yourself as the cardholder, such as the dress hire, insurance, buying of accessories and postage and packaging. These payments will all be charged to your card on the day of your order.
G) If your garment(s) is not returned by the agreed date of collection, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for each day that it becomes overdue at a rate of 50% of the hire fee and additional courier charges. Should the garment(s) not be returned within 5 days after the agreed date of collection then we will charge you the full retail price of the garment and reserve the right for any loss of revenue for future hiring.
H) Should your credit/ debit card supplier reject payment, we will notify you immediately with the amount outstanding prior to issuing the dresses/accessories to you.
J) Should you fail to pay or you breach any of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to pursue you through our legal department, which may result in legal action and/or a tribunal decision. The costs of which will be to your account along with any affect to your credit rating, such as a CCJ.
K) You are solely responsible for any charges or fees required to be paid to My VIP Wardrobe Ltd.
6. Our Liability
A) We hire the garments and sell the accessories to you making sure that they are all in good condition and we will do our best to describe the dresses to you within the description on the website.
B) Garments and/or accessories may appear different in colour and style than the photos displayed on the website and we cannot be responsible or liable for any problems that this may incur.
B) You will be limited to any losses suffered solely to the hire price of the garments and the sales price for the accessories you ordered and we will have no other liability to you in any circumstances whatsoever.
C) We are not responsible for any consequential losses or indirect losses, which occur as a direct result of the hire of our garments or the purchase of our accessories and these will include but not be limited to:
1. Loss of income or revenue
2. Loss of business
3. Loss of profits or contracts
4. Loss of anticipated savings
5. Loss of data
6. Waste of management or office time.
D) We deal on behalf of third party sellers and thus, have incorporated the legal contract between that third party seller and you, their terms and conditions are available on their website and it is advisable that you review these carefully before purchasing their products.
E) None of these conditions affect your statutory rights.
7. Our Contract
A) Once you have placed your order with My VIP Wardrobe Ltd, whether it was done online or via phone, you will then receive an email from us with the acknowledgement that we received this order. All orders are subjected to our acceptance to ensure the information you have given us is correct and acceptable to ourselves. Should we have any queries or cannot accept your order for any reason; we will notify you by email as soon as possible prior to dispatching your garment.
B) The contract will only be formed between you and ourselves when our courier has advised you of a delivery date.
C) The contract will only be relevant to the garments and/or accessories that have been ordered where delivery has been confirmed and will not be relevant to any other garments and/or accessories that were ordered at any other time in the same name.
8. How we will contact you
When we contact you it will be via electronic communication, which we will send via the email address that you have provided to us at the time of ordering your garments and/or accessories and by using our site you will accept us communicating in this way.
9. Notices and Risks
A) Notices sent to us should be sent to our registered address:

B) From the date the garments and/or accessories are delivered by our courier service, the risk of loss, theft and damage becomes yours until the dress has been collected by our courier service at the end of the hire period. Should you not return the dress within the prescribed time period, the risk will remain with you until it is finally returned.
C) When the garments are hired to our customers, we expect them to be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you, undamaged and with no defects.
D) If the garment, for whatever reason is damaged, in a dirty condition or lost and not returned to us; we reserve the right to invoice you with the full cost of replacing the garment and we further reserve the right to charge you for the lost earnings or incurred costs resulting from the damage caused.
E) No person under any circumstances should try and clean any of the garments themselves. We reserve the right to charge the cost of either cleaning or replacing the item should this occur.
10. Circumstances beyond our control
A) We cannot and will not be responsible for anything, which is beyond our reasonable control when providing our needs to our customers, such as:
– Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions.
– Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, threat or preparation for war.
– Fire, explosion, storm, floods, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
– Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
– Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
– Postal Delays.
– Any other circumstances that are beyond our control.
11. Amended Terms and Conditions
My VIP Wardrobe Ltd have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of these, if payment and shipping has been confirmed and terms changed during this period.
If we fail to insist upon any strict performance of your obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights and remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. No waiver shall be effective unless communicated to you in writing.
If any of our terms and conditions are determined as invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent then such term and/or condition will be severed from the remaining terms and conditions such that these will continue to be valid.
14. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions shall represent the entire agreement and you will not be able to rely on any representations or statements made by our agents unless confirmed in writing.
15. Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the hire of garments and/or the purchase of accessories made through our website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these or their subject matter or the formation of the contract (including non contractual disputes or claims) will be governed solely by English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
