What are the delivery options? 

Currently we work with UK Mail to give you the options you need:

Next working day, next working day by noon, next working day by 10.30am, next working day by 9.00am or Saturday delivery.

How much does delivery cost? 

Depending on what option you choose the price can vary. Have a look at our dresses and go to checkout; this will give you a better idea.

Do I return the dresses in the packaging it was delivered to me in? 

Yes, you will receive the parcel in a box and a parcel bag. When you send it back to us, we require that you send it in the same box and then put it in the pre paid parcel bag (you will find this in the box with your dress).

Do you post internationally? (Outside of the UK)

We are sorry to say we do not post internationally at present.

Is a signature required for delivery? 

There will be a signature requirement for delivery, this can be from you or if you are not in at the time; a friend or neighbour can do this for you.

What notifications will I get for the delivery? 

You will be able to track your parcel from when it leaves us right until it gets to your door, UK Mail will send you text messages, One being the dispatch information and then the second will be the day of delivery with your dedicated 1 hour slot – if you cannot make this time of delivery you can change this by just texting back to a time more convenient for you.

How do I return the dress once I have finished with it? 

Once you have worn your dress and your rental is up, you will be required to send the parcel back to us in the same box as before and then putting it into the bag that was provided within the box with the dress. This will have the pre paid postage back to My VIP Wardrobe – it really is that simple!
