Place your order with us and we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your individual needs, positioning of the initials and also the thread colour. We want to ensure that you have a bespoke scarf and a personalised service that we believe you will enjoy.

All our scarves are of the highest quality and hand crafted in Scotland. Super soft and with the luxurious feel, these accessories are a delight and will keep you warm and cool through out the year. Designed for men, women, boys and girls; we have tried to create a range that will be for everyone.

My VIP Wardrobe is a fashion accessories brand providing women, men and children high quality accessories with a bespoke embroidery and embossing service. We also have a few UK based designers with ranges of jewellery, clutch bags and trench mac's.
All our packages are sent out second class signed via Royal Mail (unless otherwise specified). You can have your VIP items sent to either yourself or the person you are gifting - just make sure you select this at check out.
If you want to cancel or amend your booking you will need to contact us and our sales team will then be able to advise you on your options (dependent on how much notice you give us).
You will need to contact us immediately so we can get more information from you and then we will work with you to get a replacement as soon as possible.
For all our personalised items: please allow 10-14 days for your order to be sent out to you. For all other accessories (from our UK designers): please allow 3-5 days.
We will get in contact with you within 24 hours, via the email address you provided to ask you about the initials you would like and also the thread colour.
If you notice the spelling is wrong before it goes into production, then we would ask you to contact us immediately; allowing us to make the appropriate changes as soon as possible. However, if you receive it and it's wrong, then unfortunately we do not accept any returns for this.
